G& K Shipping Pvt. Ltd. and allowing to hold the
47th AGM.

of Agents' Hall in Custom House.

Court's Order restraining the Custom Authorities from
realizing Seat Rent at Agents' Hall for back period
i.e. from 1992 to 2002. hooliganism at ACC.
- Effective
Settlement of grievances of various members over non-payment
of their Bill dues by their clients.
- Withdrawal
of Contr. Removal Guarantee by Customs.
- Problem
for signatures on TPs by CHAS synchronization of timings
for banking hours at ACC has been resolved. Also there's
an end to hooliganism at ACC.

of CCHAA visited Petrapole on 10.12.2003 with top
Central and West Bengal Govt. Officials with Customs,
BSF and Police authorities in connection with problems
and traffic bottleneck at Indo-Bangladesh Border.
